Job Description:
Defines Business Intelligence (BI) and data governance
strategies on public Cloud. Administers Business Intelligence tools
-- SAP Business Objects, Tableau, IBM SPSS, and Microsoft Power BI.
Designs, develops, and implements BI and data governance solutions.
Develops data lineage solutions, using Manta and Metacenter.
Administers Collibra applications, configures and customizes
Collibra operating models, and organizes data and related data
policies using Collibra. Performs statistical analysis of data,
using Alteryx and IBM SPSS. Provides business solutions by
developing complex or multiple software applications. Primary Responsibilities: Develops original and creative technical solutions to on-going
development efforts. Designs applications or subsystems on major projects and for/in
multiple platforms. Develops applications for multiple projects supporting several
divisional initiatives. Supports and performs all phases of testing leading to
implementation. Assists in the planning and conducting of user acceptance
testing. Develops comprehensive documentation for multiple applications
supporting several corporate initiatives. Responsible for post-installation testing of any problems. Establishes project plans for projects of moderate scope. Works on complex assignments and often multiple phases of a
project. Performs independent and complex technical and functional
analysis for multiple projects supporting several initiatives. Education and Experience: Bachelors degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer
Science, Applied Computer Science, Engineering, Information
Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely
related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered
or three (3) years of experience designing, developing, and
implementing Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Governance
solutions in a financial services environment. Or, alternatively, Masters degree (or foreign education
equivalent) in Computer Science, Applied Computer Science,
Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems,
Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and one (1) year
of experience in the job offered or one (1) year of experience
designing, developing, and implementing Business Intelligence (BI)
and Data Governance solutions in a financial services
environment. Skills and Knowledge: Candidate must also possess: Demonstrated Expertise (DE) administering and coordinating
Business Intelligence (BI) and Analytic (SAP Business Objects,
Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, Alteryx, and IBM SPSS) and data
governance and lineage tools (Collibra and Manta); performing
security implementation using BI access roles, groups, and
permissions; performing performance tuning for long running SQL
queries, BI reports, and data extracts using SQL analyzer; and
optimizing configurations for BI servers, components, and
processes. DE evaluating Cloud offerings for BI tools and migrating BI
platforms to public Cloud or Amazon Web Services platform, using
AWS EC2, S3, IAM, and CloudWatch; and migrating BI content to
Snowflake Cloud data warehouses in a financial services domain. DE designing and developing BI reporting solutions, data
foundation universe models, and data visualization dashboards,
using SAP Business Objects, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, SQL,
Oracle, or Snowflake data warehouse; developing data integrations
resulting in advanced analytic capabilities, using Alteryx and SPSS
modeler; and developing custom audit reporting solution, using BI
tools and SDK code or REST API and Python. DE deploying, configuring, and customizing Enterprise Data
Catalog, using Collibra operating model and custom Collibra
attributes and workflows; integrating Enterprise Data Catalog and
Collibra with Tableau data analytics tool; and implementing BI
technical data lineage solutions by configuring Manta Flow tools or
MetaCenter to integrate Oracle, Snowflake, Informatica, SAP
