Position Description:

Develops RPA solutions using Blue Prism. Conducts requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support in order to deliver and improve existing RPA capabilities. Builds and maintains solution documentation (process and system design documents). Builds and documents test procedures and scenarios for per User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases and supports operational teams during UAT and rollout phases. Provides business solutions by developing complex or multiple software applications.

Primary Responsibilities:

Develops original and creative technical solutions to on-going development efforts.

Designs applications or subsystems on major projects and for/in multiple platforms.

Develops applications for multiple projects supporting several divisional initiatives.

Supports and performs all phases of testing leading to implementation.

Assists in the planning and conducting of user acceptance testing.

Develops comprehensive documentation for multiple applications supporting several corporate initiatives.

Responsible for post-installation testing of any problems.

Establishes project plans for projects of moderate scope.

Works on complex assignments and often multiple phases of a project.

Performs independent and complex technical and functional analysis for multiple projects supporting several initiatives.

Identifies project requirements by establishing rapport with project stakeholders.

Provides production support.

Education and Experience:

Bachelors degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or three (3) years of experience developing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions in a financial services environment.

Or, alternatively, Masters degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or one (1) year of experience developing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions in a financial services environment.

Skills and Knowledge:

Candidate must also possess:

Demonstrated Expertise (DE) integrating business processes with RPA using Blue Prism; and performing end-to-end workflow automation using shared components.

DE developing RPA, and re-engineering workflows to analyze strengths and weakness of multi-systems solutions within an intermingled system environment with multi-layer complexities using Blue Prism automation tool.

DE customizing software solutions along the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and RPA using Blue Prism.
