Job Description:
Position Description: Provides operational support to build pipelines and employs
Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) strategies
in an Agile environment, using Concourse, GIT, Jenkins,
Artifactory, Veracode, and uDeploy. Builds engineering activities
and develops ways to automate the end-to-end deployment process by
employing Cloud tools and concepts -- containerization and
automation. Builds pipelines in Amazon (AWS) and Microsoft Azure.
Provides business solutions by developing complex or multiple
software applications. Primary Responsibilities: Develops original and creative technical solutions to on-going
development efforts. Designs applications or subsystems on major projects and for/in
multiple platforms. Develops applications for multiple projects supporting several
divisional initiatives. Supports and performs all phases of testing leading to
implementation. Assists in the planning and conducting of user acceptance
testing. Develops comprehensive documentation for multiple applications
supporting several corporate initiatives. Responsible for post-installation testing of any problems. Establishes project plans for projects of moderate scope. Works on complex assignments and often multiple phases of a
project. Performs independent and complex technical and functional
analysis for multiple projects supporting several initiatives. Education and Experience: Bachelors degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer
Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems,
Information Studies, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Physics, or a
closely related field and three (3) years of experience in the job
offered or three (3) years of experience developing CI/CD pipelines
in a hybrid on-prem and Cloud environment, using DevOps tools and
Cloud technologies (AWS and Azure). Or, alternatively, Masters degree (or foreign education
equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information
Technology, Information Systems, Information Studies, Mathematics,
Business Analytics, Physics, or a closely related field and one (1)
year of experience in the job offered or one (1) year of experience
developing CI/CD pipelines in a hybrid on-prem and Cloud
environment, using DevOps tools and Cloud technologies (AWS and
Azure). Skills and Knowledge: Candidate must also possess: Demonstrated Expertise (DE) developing Infrastructure as a Code
to deliver robust solutions for applications in production and
non-production environments, using Ansible, Terraform, andAWS Cloud
formation templates. DE performing configuration and integration of DevOps tools,
build and release management, automation of self-services jobs,
database deployments, and DR orchestration, usingJenkins, uDeploy,
Python, Groovy, Datical, and HPOO. DE performing configuration and administration of DevOps tools
(uDeploy and Jenkins) and Cloud based platforms and services
(Kubernetes and RDS) to support multiple enterprise application in
