Positions identify, evaluate and manage new business opportunities and marketing initiatives. Includes lead generation and response management.Oncology is a very competitive marketplace in DFW. Texas Oncology and The Center for Cancer & Blood Disorders are the main competition. Most referrals for Medical Oncology come from the Surgical Specialists while the Hematology comes from PCP's and OBGYN's.This position will be expected to grow relationships with key providers that directly refer to Oncology in order to increase referral volume in the Redbird (Dallas) and Arlington areas. Additionally, to promote and grow referrals to the Arlington outpatient Imaging Center.Primary Responsibilities:

  • Strategic development of new business opportunities to existing and new customers through the creation of new modes of selling, new channels and new market development. Including lead generation and response management
  • Analyzes and investigates
  • Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise
  • Uses pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within area of expertise
  • Investigates non-standard requests and problems, with some assistance from others.
  • Works exclusively within a specific knowledge area
  • Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet deadlines
  • Provides explanations and information to others on topics within area of expertise
  • Weekly summary report sent by Friday afternoon to manager, logging office visits in CRM, meeting in person call visits of 40/week with a minimum of 4 days in the territory, and attendance of meetingsYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years of sales or marketing experience within a matrix organization beyond the years required
    • 1+ years of sales experience or experience in a metric/goal driven environment
    • Experience in the health care industry
    • Experience presenting materials to clients internal or external
    • Experience resolving complex customer issues
    • Experience in a deadline driven environment
    • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
    • Experience with data analytics
    • Experience growing professional relationships
    • Willingness to travel as required (local) regularly
    • Experience using influencing, collaboration and listening skills

      • Medical Sales experience
