• Mesquite - Male, 4 years old, G-button - Monday - Friday - 8am - 4pm
• Allen - 11 year old Female, G-button, seizures, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - 9pm - 7am
• Plano - 10 week old female, G-tube, Oxygen, - Sunday - Saturday - 11am-5pm
• Dallas - 3 month old male, 100% g-tube dependent, Sunday - Saturday - 6am-6pm also Suday - Saturday 6pm-6am - multiple nurses needed for each shift.
• North Richland Hills - 14 year old male, G-button, trach and vent. - Friday - 7am-7pm
• Dallas - 4 month old male, G-J, heart issues, immune sensitive, immune senstivities, Monday - Friday - 8am - 4pm
• Seagoville - 8 year old female, G-button - Saturday - 8am-7pm
• Decatur - 14 year old male, cerebral palsy, flexible schedule.
• Fort Worth - 5 month old, male, Gastroschisis, g-button
• Fort Worth - 15 year old female, autistic, ADHD, high functioning - mon-friday - 4:30p-8:30p; Saturday 8am-1pm
• Fort Worth - 2 year old female, GJ with TPN Central Line - Thursday - Saturday 6pm-6am

• Lancaster - 1 Y/O male, non Mobile, Non Verbal, 26 lbs Vent dependent, Trach, no gait or lift in home.
• Fort Worth - 5 month old male, Gastroschisis, Gbutton - schedule is pending. Will need day and night shift, not sure of hours at this time.
• Fort Worth - 6 year old female, G-button, trach, Pulse OX, - Day shift - 6 am - 6pm - Sunday - Saturday - 2 openings

  Responsible for providing quality, comprehensive nursing care in client's home under the direction of a case manager on a temporary basis based on the needs and acuity of the client.Responsibilities:
  • Provides care as ordered by the physician as outlined in the client's care plan and/or plan of care. Provides training, assistance, and demonstration to clients in learning appropriate self care techniques.
  • Provides care to clients under supervision of RN Case Manager.
  • Completes shifts as assigned by agency based on the needs and acuity of the assigned client.
  • Responsible for accepting and writing verbal orders from physicians as required; notify the RN Case Manager on all verbal orders prior to implementing the new treatment/intervention/medication.
  • Maintains communication with RN Case Manager and/or physician including report of client condition change and accepting verbal orders. Completes accurate and timely documentation of care provided.Qualifications:
    • Must be a licensed vocational nurse (LVN) or registered nurse (RN) in Texas.
    • Minimum of one year prior successful experience as a licensed vocational nurse (LVN) or registered nurse (RN).
    • Home nursing care experience preferred.
