Work location: Texas Health Azle -108
Denver Trail Azle TX 76020 Work environment: Medical Surgical Unit
Work hours: PRN Nights 7p-7a- As Needed- Rotating Weekends/Holidays
-- Texas Health Azle is 36 bed small community hospital that
provides exceptional care to Suburban areas of Azle, Lake Worth,
Springtown and surrounding areas. Texas Health Azle is a Joint
Commission - Certified Level III Stroke Center a Level IV Trauma
Center and accredited Chest Pain Management facility. Come be part

Associate Degree in Nursing required;
BSN preferred Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized
by the Texas Board of Nursing upon hire required
BCLS - prior to providing independent
patient care and maintained quarterly required ACLS within 90 days
required. CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training - within 60
days of hire 1-year experience as a clinical nurse in an acute care
setting required 2-years experience as a clinical nurse in an acute
care setting preferred -- In addition to the required
qualifications, a successful RN will
demonstrate a high degree of
confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to
function in a fast-paced environment. maintain a positive,
customer-focused attitude toward patients possess a strong work
ethic and always display a high level of professionalism

The Charge Nurse-- --- will communicate and collaborate with all
members of the health care team --- support and actively
participate in shared governance/councils --- committed to
developing their individual knowledge and skills, as well as
advancing the profession of nursing and engaging in lifelong
learning/development. --- evaluates the effectiveness of
interventions --- directly assists leadership on a particular unit
or units and shift, by offering staff guidance and support,
