Job Description:

The TELE Nurse is responsible for taking care of patients who require special monitoring, sometimes this includes patients recently released from the ICU.ResponsibilitiesAs a Telemetry Nurse your responsibilities consist of:

Administering prescribed medications and use life measuring equipment.
Reviewing data produced from various medical equipment and act upon findings.
Giving updates to the patient and their families about their condition.
Teaching patients about the best ways to adapt to major lifestyle changes.
RequirementsOne year of experience as a TELE RN within the past two years.

Active RN License in good standing.
Current BLS from American Heart Association.
Negative Drug Screen.
