Dallas Arthritis Center, PA was founded in 2007 by Dr Marcia Genta. It is a well established solo rheumatology practice inside the Dallas Methodist Hospital campus that serves a diverse and appreciative community in the traditional Dallas neighborhood of Oak Cliff.
The practice is characterized by a warm, friendly atmosphere where physician and ancillary staff truly cooperate to provide the best care for the patients.
The referral base is made up by the clinical staff of Methodist Hospital System as well as by physicians in the community, with whom the practice enjoys a collegial relationship. All subspecialties are represented in the Methodist Dallas Medical Center and consultations are readily available.
Job highlights:

. Competitive salary in line with state and national averages plus $10,000 sign-on bonus.
. Texas Medical license, DEA license, ACR membership, Methodist Hospital staff fee paid by employer.
. Health, Disability, Malpractice insurances paid by employer. Retirement plan available.
. Maximum patient volume of 15 per day. This gives adequate time to finish the day without taking work home.
. Few in-patient consultations, averaging 1-2 per month.
. Two or three rheumatology lectures/year to Internal Medicine Residents.
. 5-weeks PTO (vacation, sick leave, CME, etc).
. $4000 annual CME allowance.
