Responsibilities

* Assess all new admissions, determining appropriateness for Registered Nurse delegation in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act
* Ensure thorough and timely documentation of all care provided throughout the nursing department
* Ensure thorough assessment of patients and completion of necessary follow up as applicable
* Ensure thorough monitoring of patients
* Provide supervision, support, guidance, and development of staff members
* Ensure adherence to administrative processes within the nursing department
* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

* Valid Texas Registered Nurse (RN) License in good standing
* 3+ years of experience preferred
* Ability to work effectively with patients, families, stakeholders, and team members
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to interact effectively with patients and team members
* Pass all pre-employment and employment verifications

Salary Range

USD $80,000.00 - $88,000.00 / Year
