  Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a--Travel RN - Peds CVICUShift:--Days, 7a-7p, 12x3, 36hrs per week, rotating weekends (day shift Sat and Sun, night shift Fri and Sat), no callLength:--13 weeksRequirements:
  • TX license
  • 2 years minimum PICU experience as staff nurse
  • Must have 1 year of Pediatric CICU/CVICU experience as staff nurse--
  • Must have 3-4 contracts in a dedicated pediatric CICU
  • Experience with caring for patients with congenital heart disease and post operative management of CHD patients
  • Experience-- with management of arterial lines, central lines, transthoracic lines
  • BLS,--ACLS,--PALS
  • EMR - Meditech
  • 2 years or more of Pediatric CICU/CVICU experience as staff nurse preferred
  • At least 1 year Experience with caring for neonatal cardiac patients (pre-op and post op management) preferred
  • 2 or more years as a Pediatric cardiac experience in step down or cardiology floor preferredFloating Area(s):--PICU, NICU, pediatric med surg, pediatric oncology
