H2 Health is seeking a part-time or full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Prime Living team providing 1:1 care to geriatric patients in Senior Living Communities. The therapist must be able to work independently and in teams and make appropriate decisions based on each patient's functional needs. Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.Experience: Prior experience in an outpatient setting is preferred, but not required.
