Location: Medical Center-ProsperDepartment:Case ManagementShift:Second Shift (United States of America)Standard Weekly Hours:40Summary:The LMSW Social Worker will work within the Emergency Department to provide services to children and families coping with acute or chronic medical conditions. Duties will include but are not limited to providing psychosocial assessments, providing crisis intervention, supportive counseling, and making referrals to outside agencies for families in need of assistance.Work Hours: Mon - Fri 4 pm-12:30 am ** $5000 sign-on bonus Required Education/Experience:

• MSW or MSSW from an accredited school.
• Current Texas License for LMSW.
• Previous experience working in a hospital setting preferred.
• Demonstrated experience working with children and their families preferred.
