Job Title: Senior Registered Nurse - FloatUS Oncology, Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Registered Nurse to join our team in the Oncology Department. As a Senior Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, and ensuring seamless clinical operations.Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Assess patient needs and provide education and support to patients and families.
• Facilitate clinical operations, including scheduling consultations, pre-testing, and diagnostic tests.
• Manage patient medication refill requests and document relevant information in the patient chart.
• Triages patient phone calls and documents relevant information in the patient's chart.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care.Requirements:
  • Graduate from an accredited program for professional nursing education, BSN preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, with a focus on oncology.
  • Current RN state license with the State Board of Nursing in practicing state.
