Aveanna Healthcare Private Duty Nurse RNJob Summary:Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Private Duty Nurse RN to provide one-on-one care to our medically fragile patients in the comfort of their own homes. As a Private Duty Nurse RN, you will work closely with our patients and their families to develop personalized care plans that meet their unique needs and goals.Responsibilities:

• Implement physicians' prescribed plans of care
• Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
• Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
• Document care provided in our electronic system of record
• Teach and train family members on health promotion and disease management
• Communicate effectively with physicians, clients, family members, and staffRequirements:
  • Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice
  • CPR certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
  • TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
  • 6 months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred
