- Our care for patients extends to the spiritual level by praying
with patients and families and providing on-call, 24 hours, 7 days
a week Chaplains for spiritual support.

provides a low-cost of living.The role you'll contribute:Oversees
the development of strategic market/network penetration and
saturation plans to ensure future viability of AdventHealth for
Women and/or AdventHealth for Children. Ensures appropriate
placement and deployment of products/services and network assets
through a collaborative planning process across all campuses and
service lines, coordinated at a Senior Vice President/CEO level.

responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equal and

STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT:
- Identify and quantify strategic market opportunities, threats,
and trends with an ability to position organization for the future
by looking beyond the present state to conceptualize key trends and
identify changing market demands.
- Designs, establishes, and maintains organizational structure
and staffing to effectively accomplish the organization's goals and
objectives; recruits, trains, supervises, and evaluates staff.
- Develops and maintains annual budgets for the organization and
performs periodic cost and productivity analyses.
- Development of recruitment, acquisition, physician placement
and growth strategies that align with the priorities of the market
to develop strategies to grow volumes and market share in support
of strategic plans and vision.
- Works collaboratively with market leaders on network strategies
to ensure the strategic priorities and vision of the market or
facility is maintained with each initiative and growth
strategy.
- Leads the development of regional clinic strategy with
physician enterprise to ensure timely advancement and
operationalization of opportunities in a highly competitive
market.
- Responsible for oversight of strategy, multi-year planning,
product development, and implementation of strategic and
operational priorities including the annual budget process, volume
planning and financial improvement initiatives.
- Provides strategic development, recommendations, and
coordination of long-range and short-term business plans to grow
market to regional hospitals CEO's as it relates to obstetric,
gynecological, and pediatric services at each of those
campuses.
- Oversees strategy and product/program development including
market research, needs analysis, competitive market analysis and
executes marketing plans for launch of new programs or offerings
across the Network including any outside partnerships.NETWORK AND
PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION:
- Develops models for the funding and implementation of new
programs and methods to analyze the effectiveness of these programs
including care models, financial forecasting, and deployment plans
across the market.
- Liaison with specialty programs to advance women's and
children's services within the market.
- Works with operational leaders clinical quality initiatives and
reduction in cost of care.
- Involved in fiscal management of service line network
development capital, operating and research budgets with
system-wide accountability for growth strategy initiatives.
- Exercises independent decision-making processes to identify,
plan, and execute goals.
- Develops network footprint within local markets to include
placement of AH for Women and/or Children products, services and
asset placement.
- Responsible for development of strategic plans with Senior Vice
Presidents/CEO's.MARKET ASSESSMENT AND PHYSICIAN RELATIONS:
- Develops physician relation representatives' activities,
creating an environment that enables them to maximize their time
effectively and efficiently to achieve business priorities.
- Provides structured feedback for annual evaluations and
recommended education, training and/or relevant leadership
development courses.
- Responsible for developing relationships by identifying new
development opportunities.
- Works collaboratively with CMOs on physician satisfaction and
engagement plans.COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS:
- The Executive Director is responsible for leadership of
Community Health programs which includes building a strong
collaborative relationship with related parties of all aspects of
schools, churches, youth and community organizations.
- Oversees Community Partnerships.SERVICE LINE GOVERNANCE:
- Establish, lead, appoint, & maintain service line advisory
committee at each facility.
- Committee will meet at least quarterly or as otherwise
determined.QualificationsThe expertise and experiences you'll need
to succeed:Bachelors in Business Administration, Healthcare
Administration or Health related field.
