Clinical TherapistFull-time Clinical Therapist position available
with the Northeast Alliance For Children center. The Clinical
Therapist will be responsible for scheduling appointments for their
designated Alliance For Children center and providing individual
counseling services to child abuse victims and protective adult
caregivers under general supervision of the Clinical Supervisor.
Clinical services to be provided in-person and virtually. Minimum
Requirements
- Master's degree in social work, counseling or related field
with a current Texas license as an LMSW, LPC-A or LMFT-A: LCSW, LPC
or LMFT preferred.
- Must be familiar with TF-CBT and be knowledgeable of other
EBP's.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) abilities preferred.
- Must possess strong communication and documentation
skills.
- Must have two years of experience working with child abuse
victims in a clinical setting.
- Must be comfortable leading groups in the absence of a contract
therapist or if asked to take on and lead a weekly group.
- Must be willing to conduct telemental health sessions as
needed.
- Registered Play Therapist preferred.
- Must have valid driver's license and proof of liability
insurance if driving for agency purposes.
- Must successfully complete annual criminal and civil background
checks.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and present in a positive,
professional manner at all times.
- Able to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure
of deadlines.
- Regular and reliable attendance.

the mission of Alliance For Children.Job Duties/Essential
Functions:
- Responsible for scheduling client appointments after referral
from Clinical Intake Specialist.
- Provide Clinical Intakes, as required.
- Provide Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavior Therapy as
appropriate.
- Provide Parent Child Interaction Therapy as appropriate (if
trained).
- Provide individual counseling to clients at their designated
center.
- Responsible for completing client documentation within 48 hours
of their session.
- Complete monthly program and agency reports.
- Supervise student interns on an as needed basis.
- Lead or sub for groups on an as needed basis.
- Other job duties as requested by immediate supervisor or Chief
Executive Officer.Physical Requirements:Ability to sit, walk,
stand, bend, squat, kneel and twist on an intermittent and
sometimes continuous basis. Ability to grasp, push, pull objects
and reach overhead. Ability to operate a telephone and computer.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Moderate independent travel by
