Are you looking to increase your knowledge base? Our Float Pool leadership team fosters an environment that supports learning, mentoring, and building each team member. /n /n /n Shift: 3-12 hour, 7:00pm - 7:00am /n Patient Population: Float Pool floats to Med/Surg, Tele, ICU, and PCU /n /n /n Patient Ratios: Vary by unit /n /n /n /n Unit selling points: Float Pool is supportive and encouraging.
