Nurse Job Details - Assignment Length: 13-week travel nursing
contract - Location: Dallas, TX 75230 (Texas nursing jobs) - Unit:
Antepartum / Labor & Delivery (L&D) - Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
(12-hour night shifts) - Hours per Week: 36 - Setting: 19-bed high
acuity women's health unit - Documentation System: Meditech & CPIN
- Floating: As needed within the hospital - Estimated Weekly
Salary: $1820-$1950 Labor & Delivery RN Qualifications - Active
Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license (no temporary licenses) -
Minimum 2 years of recent high-risk Labor & Delivery or Antepartum
hospital experience - BLS (Basic Life Support) certification - NRP
(Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification - Intermediate
AWHONN Fetal Monitoring certification - Experience with high acuity
obstetric patients preferred - Proficiency in magnesium sulfate and
preterm labor management - Meditech EHR experience preferred - ACLS
and RNC certifications are a plus - Dress code: Blue Insignia
scrubs, clean and healthy nails (no artificial nails), neat hair,
covered tattoos, and no visible piercings except ears Registered
Nurse Responsibilities - Deliver expert nursing care to high-risk
obstetric patients in Labor & Delivery and Antepartum units -
Monitor and manage patients experiencing preterm labor and
magnesium sulfate therapy - Utilize advanced fetal monitoring and
assessment techniques - Document patient care accurately using
Meditech & CPIN systems - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary
healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes - Float to
other hospital units as needed to support staffing - Maintain
compliance with hospital policies, including attendance and dress
