- Labor and Delivery Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Labor
and Delivery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift:
12 Experience: Minimum of 1 year in high risk labor and delivery
care License: RN Certifications: - Intermediate AWONN fetal
monitoring certificate Must-Have: - High risk obstetrical bedside
training - Experience circulating in c-section in the labor and
delivery area - Experience recovering high acuity patients
Description: We are seeking a Travel Registered Nurse specializing
in Labor and Delivery. The position involves working in a high risk
obstetrical unit. The shift is from 7 PM to 7 AM. The unit has 24
beds with patient ratios estimated at 2:1 and 3:1. Vaginal
deliveries, c-sections, and post delivery recovery care will be
performed on this unit. Documentation will be conducted using a
Meditech system. There are scheduling requirements of three 12-hour
night shifts per week. Floating to the antepartum unit may be
required. Candidates must have the specific skills outlined to be
considered for this role. All candidates must adhere to a dress
code that includes clean and healthy nails. Hair should be neat and
clean without extreme styles or colors. Visible piercings other
than ears are prohibited. Body art should be covered whenever
possible. All policies regarding attendance will be applied
