Pay Information $1,619 per week About The Position Job Title: RN PCU Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Progressive Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Active RN license required Certifications: BLS/ACLS preferred Must-Have: Overall PCU experience BLS/ACLS certifications Description: Travel RN position in a Progressive Care Unit. Unit consists of 16 beds and employs 42 staff members. Day shift staffing includes 1 charge nurse, 4 RNs, and 2 Patient Care Technicians. Night shift staffing includes 1 charge nurse, 4 RNs, and 2 Patient Care Technicians. Patient-to-nurse ratio is 4:1. The unit utilizes a collaborative electronic medical record system. On-call requirements are not applicable. Floating to other PCUs or telemetry units is required. Seeking collaborative and team-oriented candidates. Overall experience in a Progressive Care Unit is a mandatory requirement. Candidates without this experience will not be considered. Exceptional communication and teamwork skills are essential.
