working with Cynet Health to find a qualified NICU RN in Tyler,
Texas, 75701! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing

Certifications: BLS, NRP, STABLE (preferred) Must-Have: Previous
travel experience required Description: Shift: 3, 12-hour nights.
Call is not required. A minimum of 3 years of experience is
required. Previous travel experience is necessary. Certification in
BLS, NRP is required, and STABLE is preferred. Must have experience
with EPIC charting system. Patients are managed in a 39-bed unit
with a possibility to expand to 16 beds. This unit does not offer
surgical procedures for the patient population, except for
circumcisions and frenectomies. Retinopathy of prematurity exams
are provided as needed. Donor breast milk is available for
specified patient populations. The unit has two full-time
International Board Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLCs) and
lactation peer counselors. Interdisciplinary support includes
services such as physical therapy, respiratory services, and social
services. Daily census averages around 7 patients. Patient
diagnoses include all gestational ages, respiratory
distress/failure, sepsis, and neonatal abstinence syndrome. Special
procedures involve the management of neonates with various
conditions. Equipment available includes conventional ventilation
systems, high-flow nasal cannula, and phototherapy lights. Patient
ratios during days and nights are 3:1. Travel experience is
