Medical Staffing is seeking an experienced Acute Care Nurse
Practitioner (ACNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a focus on
Pulmonology to join a hospital-based team. This position will
involve the management of high-acuity pulmonary patients in an
inpatient setting. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2
years of Pulmonology or Critical Care experience and be proficient
in performing essential procedures such as arterial lines, central
lines, and intubations. Key Responsibilities: • Patient Management:
Provide high-quality, critical care to patients with acute
respiratory conditions, including those in need of ventilation
support, management of pulmonary diseases, and severe respiratory
failure. • Procedures: Perform necessary invasive procedures,
including arterial lines, central lines, and intubations, as part
of treatment and to ensure patient stability. • Collaboration: Work
closely with pulmonologists, intensivists, and nursing staff to
provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a fast-paced,
high-acuity environment. • Critical Care: Manage mechanical
ventilation, optimize respiratory treatments, and contribute to the
treatment plans for patients with complex pulmonary conditions. •
Patient Education: Provide education to patients and families
regarding respiratory care, disease processes, and post-discharge
care. Schedule: • 7-on / 7-off rotation (Night shifts: 7 PM – 7 AM)
• Full-time, hospital-based position with a consistent schedule for
better work-life balance. Compensation: • Hourly Rate: $85–$100/hr
(DOE) • Bonus Opportunities: Available based on performance and
hospital needs. Position Requirements: • Must be an ACNP (Acute
Care Nurse Practitioner) or an experienced Physician Assistant
(PA). • Minimum 2 years of experience in Pulmonology or Critical
Care. • Proficiency in performing the following required procedures
for hospital privileges: o Arterial lines o Central lines o
Intubations • Ability to work autonomously and collaborate
effectively with medical teams in high-pressure, acute care
