Position: Registered Nurse (Oncology) Location: Dallas, Texas Start Date: February 25, 2026 Assignment Length: 8 weeks Shift: Day shift, Monday – Saturday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (40 hours guaranteed) Weekly Pay Package: Weekly Tax Free Stipend to be paid : $1,891.96 Weekly Straight Pay (Taxable):$840.00 Weekly Gross $2,731.96 Job Description : We are seeking an experienced Oncology RN to join our team in Dallas, TX for an 8?week assignment. This role offers the opportunity to provide compassionate, evidence?based care to oncology patients while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate is a strong patient advocate, skilled in chemotherapy infusion, and confident in guiding patients and families through the cancer care journey. Key Responsibilities : Deliver safe, high?quality nursing care to oncology patients across the continuum of care (diagnosis, treatment, surveillance, end of life). Perform thorough patient assessments, including allergies, hypersensitivity reactions, psychosocial and support needs. Administer chemotherapy and other medications safely, following the six rights of medication administration. Educate patients and families on cancer therapies, side effects, interventions, and prevention strategies. Maintain accurate documentation in patient records and hospital systems. Serve as a resource and mentor to nursing staff; rotate as Charge Nurse when needed. Uphold infection control practices and patient confidentiality at all times.
