As a Nurse Manager, you will oversee the nursing staff in one of our facility's units and ensure that the highest levels of patient care and safety are achieved. You will play a crucial role in staff development, strategic planning, and the implementation of healthcare services. Manage nursing staff operations within facility-specific units. Develop and execute strategies for staff training and retention. Ensure compliance with health care regulations and safety standards. Monitor patient care and implement improvements in procedures and services. Facilitate collaborative approaches among healthcare professionals. Manage budgetary and administrative facets of the nursing department. Implement new policies and update existing policies to improve the quality of care. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in healthcare management systems and EHR Ability to work effectively under pressure Skilled in decision-making and problem-solving Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license Certification in Nursing Management preferred (e.g., Certified Nurse Manager and Leader (CNML))
