charting system experience required Description: This position
requires working in the ICU on a night shift schedule. The patient
ratio is 1:2. The unit has 10 rooms and the daily census averages 8
patients. Previous charge experience is preferred. Travel
experience is required. Candidates should have experience with
managing patients with multisystem organ dysfunction or failure.
Skills in interpreting dysrhythmias, managing dysrhythmias, and
administering blood products are essential. The role involves care
of ventilated patients and management of various IV protocols.
Knowledge in performing phlebotomy and managing arterial lines is
necessary. Infection prevention and isolation precautions are part
of the responsibilities. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
is expected to ensure comprehensive patient care. Requirements
