76028 Job Description: * Perform and document accurate initial and
ongoing assessments to evaluate patient conditions and needs. *
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration
with the interdisciplinary team to address identified patient needs
and goals. * Administer medications accurately and appropriately as
ordered, monitoring patient responses and adjusting interventions
as necessary. * Supervise and guide nursing personnel in delivering
safe, therapeutic, and quality patient care, ensuring adherence to
policies and procedures. * Provide patient and family education
about the care plan, medications, procedures, and other relevant
information to ensure understanding and compliance. * Assist
physicians with bedside procedures and prepare patients for tests,
procedures, and surgeries. * Monitor patient lab work for trends
and report abnormal results for necessary actions. * Establish a
compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological,
and spiritual support to patients, friends, and families. *
Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to policies,
procedures, and infection control protocols. * Document all
pertinent patient care information accurately and timely in the
patient's medical record. * Participate in quality improvement and
research activities by engaging in unit-based initiatives and
evidence-based practice projects. * Respond effectively to
emergencies by providing necessary interventions and coordinating
with the healthcare team to stabilize patients. The expertise and

Associate's of Nursing (Required), Bachelor's of
