be considered. Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse skilled in
Stepdown care to provide exceptional patient care in a dynamic
healthcare environment. This contract position offers the
opportunity to utilize your clinical expertise while supporting
patients requiring intermediate monitoring and care in a stepdown
unit setting. Location:This role is based in Dallas, TX, a vibrant

Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in
the stepdown unit, focusing on monitoring and managing acute
conditions. Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to
develop and implement individualized care plans. Monitor vital
signs, administer medications, and respond promptly to changes in
patient conditions. Educate patients and families on health
management and discharge planning. Maintain accurate and detailed
patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications / Desired Experience: Current RN licensure with
experience in stepdown or progressive care units. Strong clinical
assessment skills and the ability to prioritize patient care
effectively. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability
to handle a fast-paced environment with critical patient needs.
Schedule: 7 AM to 7 PM shifts. Job Type: Contract position. If you
