Job Description Job Description Associate or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT), and 1 year of Cath Lab experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. An opportunity is available for a Cardiovascular Special Procedures Technologist with strong cath lab and interventional radiology experience. This contract position is located in Fort Worth, TX, and requires proficiency with C-arm fluoroscopy systems as well as recent hands-on experience in a cath lab setting. Key Responsibilities: Prepare the procedure room for imaging studies. Manage and monitor patients with IVs, oxygen, chest tubes, or other medical devices throughout imaging procedures. Administer contrast media and other medications according to established protocols. Process and optimize diagnostic images, including troubleshooting equipment or technique issues and repeating procedures if necessary. Demonstrate knowledge of emergency drugs and equipment therapy to respond to critical situations. Participate in after-hours call rotation, including STEMI call response. Required Qualifications: ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification. Proven cath lab experience with interventional radiology skills. Ability to operate C-arm fluoroscopy equipment proficiently. At least one additional certification, such as CMRT (Certified Medical Radiologic Technologist), if ARRT is required.
