12 Experience: 2 years MICU/MSICU experience License: Active RN
License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, CCRN preferred Must-Have: 2
years MICU/MSICU experience Description: This position requires
experience in a medical intensive care unit. Candidates should have
a strong understanding of ICU procedures. Familiarity with all ICU
equipment is essential. Documentation will be performed using a
specified system. Floating to other units may be required as
needed. The unit assigns tasks based on patient acuity and staff
skills. Specific procedures performed include central line
placements, thoracentesis, dialysis catheter placements,
cardioversions, and intubations. The dress code requires royal blue
scrubs. Nail policy: only clean and healthy nails are acceptable;
no artificial nails are permitted. Hair must be neat and clean,
with no extreme styles or colors. Facial hair should be clean and
neatly trimmed. Tattoos should be covered whenever possible.
Visible piercings other than ears are prohibited. Attendance
policies must be adhered to as per company guidelines. Requirements
