Job Title: Travel RN - Transplant Service Profession: RN Specialty: Transplant Surgery Duration: 12 weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Valid RN License Certifications: BLS Must-Have: Candidates must possess proficient skills in MediTech and Microsoft applications. Flexibility in patient assignments (pre, waitlist, and/or post solid organ transplant patients). The ability to maintain a caring and compassionate demeanor while caring for complex patient psychosocial needs. Description: This position involves working in Transplant Services. The role primarily focuses on desk work requiring strong computer skills. Candidates will engage in data collection and assist with clinic days, including rooming and assessing patients. Participation in WebEx meetings will occur as needed. Previous experience in transplant services is welcome, but not mandatory since this role is outpatient. Candidates with two or more years of transplant experience and experience with organ procurement organizations will be prioritized. This role offers a chance to jump in and help a team dedicated to patient care. Applicants should be prepared to maintain a flexible approach in their assignments.
