Job Details Pay: $130-150/Hr Specialty: Critical Care, Pediatric Acute Care Location: Dallas, TX 75235 Schedule: Coverage Scheduled On Call optional Shift Description Day, Swing, Night Shift Standard 5, Day (12 Hours) 7:00 - 7:00 Block Schedules No Schedule Details Variable – days, evenings, nights, & weekends as part of a 24/7/365 coverage model Weekend, Night, and Holiday work is shared equally among all team members Current shifts include: 10-hour evenings (1p -11p) 12-hour Days/Nights (7a-7p & 7p-7a) Shift Time: 12 hour days and nights Duration: 13 week assignment Job : 26-00358 Additional Details: Specialty: NP or PA for PICU BC/BE: BC – Will look at NP s and PA s If provider is NP they must be Critical care certified. If they are a PA other certificates are acceptable. Dates needed: ASAP ongoing Schedule: Ideal locum candidates can provide at least 4-6 shifts per 4-week block; o Variable – days, evenings, nights, & weekends as part of a 24/7/365 coverage model o Weekend, Night, and Holiday work is shared equally among all team members o 12-hour Days/Nights (0700-1900, 1900-0700) Call: In-house night call responsibilities are shared among all team members who have completed orientation to nights. PICU: 6-8 patients during the day; night call includes all patients assigned to team at checkout as well as any new admission assigned to the team. Specialty skills and procedures: Arterial line placement, Central Venous Line Placement, Chest Tube Placement, Endotracheal Intubation, Lumbar Puncture, PICC Placement EMR: Epic Interview process/timeline from time of presentation: Name clear, candidate submittals, schedule 30-minute virtual teams interview and will confirm if they want to extend an offer after the interview.
