Job Description A hospital-employed OB/GYN opportunity is available within an established and growing women's health group in a high-demand suburban Texas market. This expansion position offers immediate patient volume, with the current practice booked six months out and strong community demand. Physicians will join a collaborative team environment with flexibility to shape their clinical focus across obstetrics and gynecology. The role is designed to support both productivity and balance, with structured scheduling early on and increased flexibility as you ramp. With access to robotic surgery, strong support staff, and minimal call burden, this position provides a modern, efficient practice setting. Position, Compensation & Organization Highlights Hospital-employed OB/GYN role in an established group Expansion position with immediate patient base (6-month backlog) Join 3 physicians, adding a 4th provider to the team Flexible scope across OB and GYN based on physician preference Year 1: structured 5-day schedule; post-ramp: 3-4 clinic days/week Dedicated surgical blocks every other Monday select Tuesdays Robotic surgery available with Da Vinci system 18-25 patients per clinic day; 2-4 surgical cases per week ~15 deliveries per month per physician Backup call 1:8 with hospitalist group covering nights and walk-ins No traditional overnight call; RN triage filters after-hours calls Level II NICU with deliveries up to 32 weeks Strong support staff: triage team, ultrasound, phlebotomy onsite Teaching opportunities with Family Medicine residency 3-phase compensation model with strong early ramp Offers start at the base salary, with flexibility based on experience and productivity.
