Physical Therapy Assistant Location: Burleson, TX Agency: Jackson Therapy Partners Pay: $1,032 to $1,232 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Make a real difference as a travel PTA. You will work with patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Apply today and a recruiter will follow up with the details. Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Active Texas PTA license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Outpatient experience preferred. Experience treating orthopedic and post-operative patients preferred; familiarity with pelvic health is a plus. Productivity expectations: ability to meet approximately 60 visits per week and manage 12–14 patients per day; comfortable with double-booking follow-up visits preferred. Ability to obtain client approval before working overtime. OT must be approved by the director. Willingness to float to other clinics on rare occasions for PTO coverage preferred. Open to new graduates and first-time travelers. Assignment Details Facility type: Outpatient clinic. Shift: Days. Primary rate type: 8-hour day. Guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week with the expectation of working up to 40 hours. Patient population: orthopedics, post-op, occasional pelvic health.
