Position, Compensation & Organization Highlights $450,000 base salary guarantee with wRVU production upside Hospital-employed model within a large nonprofit health system Established practice with a 10-year referral base New patient wait times of 8-9 weeks signaling immediate demand Only 5 call days per month with physician-selected scheduling Overnight hospital call averages once every 4-6 months ER handles routine urologic cases, reducing call burden Robotic surgery program opportunity with full institutional support Oncology cases currently leaving market, ready to be recaptured Dedicated OR block time plus access to physician-owned surgery center Additional OR availability to support increasing surgical volume New ORs and hospital tower expansion supporting future growth Expanding Cancer
