Wilbur-Ellis.A successful candidate for this early in career role
will bring a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,
Marketing or Business Analytics and 1-4 years of experience in data
analysis, business reporting, project tracking, presentation
building, coordination of process improvement
initiatives.--Hands-on experience--with--Google Workplace/GSuite,
Salesforce CRM,--Slack, Asana, Teams/Sharepoint, and Google
Sites.--Project Planning Tools would be a significant plus.Job
Responsibilities & Duties:* Partner directly with the Client
Management, Strategy Team and other business units to collaborate
on metrics, goals, and business reviews* Interface with multiple
business units to get the needed pipeline data to drive the
targeted initiatives* Develop detailed business reporting that
provides visibility and insight into the overall performance across
each initiative* Ability to collect and interpret data, analyze
results, and identify patterns and trends within the dataset *
Create presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify
required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made*
Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners
and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization* Dive
deeply into the reporting tools and become the subject matter
expert to provide additional insights* Follow up with team members
on outstanding deliverables to ensure project plan timelines are
metSkills and Qualifications:* You have completed a bachelor or
higher degree in business administration, business management,
finance, business analytics or related field from an accredited
college or university* You will have two or more years experience
of operations, professional services, sales, or business
development preferably in a technology consulting or product
company* You have advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Google
Sheets, in collecting data, analyzing data extracts, and creating
business insights reporting* You have advanced proficiency in MS
PowerPoint and Google Slides to create presentation materials for
internal customers such as the Head of Sales, Head of Finance, and
Head of Customer for various monthly and quarterly business
reviews.--Presentations should provide insightful analysis,
identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to
be made.* You have advanced proficiency in MS Word and Google Docs
to record meeting notes, actions items, and communication
bulletins* Exposure to tools such as Salesforce.com, Slack, Asana,
Teams/Sharepoint, and Google Sites.--Project Planning Tools is a
plus* You have a customer-first mindset with a passion for
improving the customer experience using technology* You will be a
phenomenal communicator who can explain and present concepts to
technical and non-technical audiences alike, including high-level
decision-makers* You tackle complex and ambiguous problems with a
strategic mindset, create thoughtful recommendations, and action
plans for solving those problems* Interpersonal and communication
skills with the ability to interact with various management levels*
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing,
fast-paced environment* Superior attention to detail and ability to
successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining
