ELFS is seeking a driven Brokerage Customer Service
Representative with -exceptional customer service skills and
logistics experience to join our team.This is a unique opportunity
to build your 3PL logistics and customer service career inside a
growing organization that strives to build relationships and
partnerships with our clients through innovative solutions to
supply chain challenges. -This is an in-person position based in
our -Dallas, TX office location. -ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be responsible for -supporting accounts by maintaining
communication with customers, teammates and carriers. You will
update the computer systems within the expected time frame with
accurate and detailed information. - -KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -
Execute daily operations of accounts
with a team and customer first mentalityEnsure on-time performance
of carriers meets/exceeds 95% Assist with track and trace loads
tender to carriers from pick up to final deliveryMaintain quality
working relationships with carriers, customers and terminals
through preferred communication methods to grow the businessSecure
all required documentation required to by customers and the
business with the utmost attention to detailProactively communicate
with customers, carriers and team members and provide creative
solutions to challenging obstaclesAssist with updating the
system(s) throughout the life cycle of the load in accordance with
expectations in a timely and organized mannerOther duties as
assigned -WHAT WE REQUIRE
1+ years of customer service
experienceBilingual (Spanish) preferred but not requiredHigh school
diploma or GED equivalent -required -CHARACTERISTICS OF SUCCESSThe
