Our family-owned and operated restaurant is looking for Servers with a positive customer service attitude to set the optimal tone for our guests to enjoy their dining experience. You will serve our guests by ensuring that they are greeted promptly and their orders are taken, prepared, and served in a timely manner.

Our ideal Server candidate maintains a friendly and courteous demeanor toward our guests and coworkers, loves working in an efficient and timely manner, and prides themselves on providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
--- Promptly greet guests after they are seated, take beverage and food orders, and ensure proper and accurate service of meals.
--- Establish a full knowledge of menu items, including ingredients to respond to client inquiries and make recommendations, such as dietary needs.
--- Perform all duties as required, such as restocking and cleaning, to fulfill guest and service needs.
--- Participate in employee meetings to gain a thorough grasp of all products, services, special events, etc.
--- Ensure the accuracy of the guest check and receive proper payment to protect both the customer and the restaurant from transaction errors.
--- Throughout the guest's experience, ensure their satisfaction using a customer-focused approach and a positive attitude.

Qualifications:
--- Possess strong organizational and time management skills.
--- Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers.
--- TABC and Texas Food Handler Certifications must be acquired before completion of training.
--- This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service.
--- Prior food service industry experience is highly desired.
--- Must be 18 years or older.
