    • Set up cook stations.
    • Prepare food items by following Gold Standard recipes, portion and presentation specifications.
    • Restock, clean and maintain cook station items throughout the shift.
    • Clean, sanitize, and organize the kitchen, walk-in coolers, and storage areas. Requirements: Bring your Guest focused enthusiasm to our team today.
