As part of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the retail landscape, interacting with key stakeholders, and making a tangible impact on our brand's success.The Retail Sales Merchandiser is a fully remote position and will be based in Dallas, TX or Houston, TX.Main Responsibilities:Take charge of retail expectations and objectives within your assigned territory, ensuring adherence to standardsEnforce quality standards and execute tactical retail sales plans with precisionMobilize resources effectively to achieve market tour objectives and maintain Gold Standard distribution within key customers.Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Distribution, Shelving, Merchandising and Pricing (DSMP) standards, execution, and expectations --of assigned customer accountsExecute--tactical and account specific retail sales plansWho we are looking for:Bachelor's Degree, Associates Degree, or relevant field experience preferredPrior experience in the CPG industry, particularly within food or confectionery segmentsCritical thinking and problem-solving skills, with an ability to adapt to evolving market demandsStrong team player with excellent communication skillsSelf-motivated, results-oriented, and detail-oriented individual with exceptional time management skillsProficiency in basic computer skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookPassionate, with a positive attitude and a willingness to embrace growth opportunitiesFlexibility to travel 25% - 50% of the calendar yearReady to make your mark in the retail world?
