Job Description:

- Prepare the bakery to Open the bakery startting at 6:300 am following pre determine procedures. - Open the bakery at 6:30 am - Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing any questions or concerns - Prepare sandwiches according to customer specifications and company standards - Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients used in sandwiches - Upsell additional menu items and promote daily specials to customers - Maintain a clean and organized work area, including food preparation surfaces and equipment - Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure food safety - Operate kitchen equipment such as slicers, grills, and ovens - Manage time effectively to ensure orders are prepared in a timely manner Experience - Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in sandwich making or similar roles, is required - Knowledge of basic math for cash handling and order accuracy - Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Familiarity with kitchen equipment and food preparation techniques - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
