Responsibilities:
Position: Personal Lines Sales Representative
--- Responsibilities: Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing personalized insurance solutions that meet their needs.
--- Sales Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including cross-selling and upselling personal lines insurance products.
--- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory changes to provide clients with the most relevant and up-to-date information.

Qualifications:
Requirements:
--- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in personal lines insurance sales.
--- Licensing: Must hold a valid insurance license in the state of Texas.
--- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using EZLynx is highly desirable.
--- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts in a clear and concise manner.
--- Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with a genuine desire to help clients.
--- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
--- Team Player: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively within a team.
