OHM Team Members can sign up for earned wage access through DailyPay on day one!Now Hiring: Banquet BartenderLocation:--Marriott Hotel & Golf Club at Champions Circle, Fort WorthEssential Responsibilities:Greet guests, verify age, and take food and drink orders.Suggest menu items, answer questions, and engage with guests.Serve responsibly, adhering to all regulations.Ensure guest satisfaction and anticipate their needs.Maintain and clean the bar area, including stocking and setup.Prepare and serve beverages per company recipes.Process payments and manage cash drops.Follow company policies and communicate positively with managers, co-workers, and guests.Obtain and maintain liquor certification as required.Embrace company culture and perform additional duties as needed.Skills & Abilities:Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and resolve issues effectively.Maintain a positive attitude and motivate a diverse team.Hours:Variable schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.Education & Experience:Must be at least 21 years old.Prior bartending experience preferred.Alcohol certification as required by law.Physical Requirements:Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform tasks involving standing, walking, and other physical activities.Environmental Conditions:Primarily indoor work with potential exposure to temperature changes.--O'Reilly Hospitality Management, LLC, is an equal opportunity employer.
