Title of Position – Head Chef Job Description : We are looking for a Head Chef who brings a smile and positive energy to work every day as an active working chef! The right candidate for this job will also have a strong background in high-volume, full-service kitchens. Duties include, but are not limited to, recruiting, training, mentoring, and maintaining the highest quality culinary team available. Must drive profits through cost analysis and have a strong understanding of P&L. The Head Chef will be responsible for all equipment, sanitation, and maintenance, and must be able to communicate effectively to delegate such duties appropriately, diligently following the strictest standards and procedures set in place.
