You will also promote our brand and develop strong and lasting relationships with hiring managers and external talent. Our Recruiter will bring ideas to continue improving our talent strategy and will look for opportunities to collaborate with the Talent team.Responsibilities: Recruitment ProcessSourcing - Function as the primary resource for identifying and attracting candidates from various sources (colleges, job postings, online boards, networks, networking events etc.). Helping further the organization's brand among potential candidates.Recruiting - Full cycle recruiting responsibility for various levels of roles within the organization. Prepare and execute offers to candidates and work with HR Coordinator to process new hires. Assist with on-boarding processes as needed.Attraction and Retention - Participate in the ideation and execution of unique attraction and retention programs designed to highlight our offering in a competitive talent landscape.Summer Internship Organization -Help in the planning and execution of Intern job postings, intern selection and activities, meetings and mentoring programs once interns are onboard. Relocation Management - Will help coordinate relocation needs and work with all employees who will be relocating to ensure a smooth process.Training - Help coordinate agency trainings on hiring process, interviewing 101 etc.Own and contribute to a variety of ad hoc projects relating to recruitment and talent.QUALIFICATIONS:4-6 years of experience in a full lifecycle recruiting roleSeeks innovative ways to attract talentAbility to multi-task and address multiple concurrent projects Demonstrate a high level of communication skills Builds strong relationshipsQualificationsAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
