  • ShareJob Description:As a Trainer in our FBO, you will be responsible for developing the capabilities of our new and existing employees. You will ensure that we have a team that can meet its current and future business objectives and our customers' needs by delivering quality services according to Jet Aviations safety standards.*Travel will be required between Dallas and Houston, TX *Main Responsibilities:
    • Conduct theoretical and practical ground operations training targeting learning objectives and required job competencies
    • Monitor employee development and training programs, assess needs and results, develop new and modify existing training programs to make sure that relevant, accurate and up-to- date information is presented
    • Deliver training that is active, relevant and draws on the experiences of the training participants
    • Determine training effectiveness by frequently checking student comprehension and understanding throughout the training period
    • Post training follow-up using observations and interviews to verify that learning objectives were met and maintain records of trainees progress and achievements
    • Other duties as assigned
    • Represents Jet Aviation as one company internallyMinimum Requirements:
      • High school diploma or equivalent
      • Job relevant vocational training/ technical apprenticeship or equivalent work experience
      • 2-4 years of experience in the field of Line & Ramp Services having full knowledge of all related processes and procedures including NFPA 407: Standard of Aircraft Fuel Servicing; ATA Specification 103: Standard for Jet Fuel Quality Control at Airports and Fuel Storage Area (SIDA) Regulations.
      • Certificate form NATA Line Service training program
      • Ability to effectively present information, share knowledge and respond to questions
      • Valid drivers license with clean driving record
      • Solid ability to instruct, train, and share knowledge
      • Good communication skills and service orientationDesired Characteristics:
        • Strong social skills with the ability to engage a diverse mix of personalities
        • Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
        • Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
        • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.

The Hangar environment may be extreme hot and cold during certain seasons of the year.
