As a Talent Consultant supervising associate, you'll be at the heart of that goal, partnering with a diverse team of professionals to -provide people-driven HR services. You can expect to be part of a world-class team, where creative thought and innovative ideas are cherished.Your key responsibilities -You'll be responsible for coordinating and facilitating human resources activities for a specific population. Working closely with other Talent team members, you'll implement, execute and influence innovative HR programs and processes in line with our Talent agenda, including performance management, compensation and career development. You'll address and resolve a wide range of employee inquiries and provide guidance to our business leaders. You'll also be responsible for collecting and analyzing data related to staffing, headcount, budgets and compensation to identify trends and make appropriate recommendations.Skills and attributes for success -

  • A proven ability to manage a diverse portfolio of projects
  • Working knowledge of HR laws and practices
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to influence leaders around new programs and change ----To qualify for the role, you must have -
    • A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - -
    • Five-plus years of relevant experience -
    • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint---Ideally, you'll also have -
      • Society for Human Resource Management -certification -
