Description Cadence McShane is adding a new position to our team due to the continued success and growth of the organization -- The Recruiter will assist with all aspects of recruiting and hiring for Cadence McShane Construction. This position is in Dallas, TX. and reports to the Talent Manager. -- -- Responsibilities: ------ Manage recruiting activities and applicant tracking in accordance with OFCCP requirements ------ Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization ------ Effectively communicate with candidates informing them of their interview itinerary, logistics, and status, etc.-- ------ Heavy calendar management including scheduling phone, virtual, and onsite interviews ------ Create offer letters and launch background checks-- ------ Partner with Talent Manager to ensure a premium candidate experience throughout the recruiting process ------ Able to operate independently with minimal day-to-day guidance from management-- ------ Multi-task effectively, working quickly and accurately in fast paced work environment-- ------ Juggle multiple priorities with finesse ------ Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details-- ------ Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times -- Requirements ------ Bachelor--------s degree in Human Resources Management, Business, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience ------ 2-3 years-------- recruiting experience including direct sourcing of candidates ------ Construction recruiting experience is preferred-- ------ Ability to work independently, proactively taking ownership for all assigned responsibilities ------ Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple deadlines, priorities, and constituencies ------ Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging candidates ------ Ability to work after-hours when necessary to connect with candidates ------ Experienced with search techniques using LinkedIn Recruiter ------ Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) -- EOE/Minorities/Females/Vets/Disabled No Agency Inquiries Please The McShane Companies (McShane Construction Company, Cadence McShane Construction Company, and Conor Commercial Real Estate) do not accept unsolicited resumes, candidates-------- names or summaries from staffing agencies, search firms, or third-party recruiters.
