This is a temporary role for 12 months, with hourly pay and no benefits.

About the Role:

As a Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of the delivery of a large People Transformation program within CBRE in 2024. This project strives to optimize our People Operations teams to deliver a high-quality service to the business.

What You'll Do

  • Drive the planning, coordination, and direction of a large-scale HR transformation program.
  • Leverage strong experience in leading People Shared Service Centres to develop functional implementation plans in conjunction with the People Function and the CBRE BSO organization.
  • Developed and led program strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals with a strong focus on end-state HR Taxonomy, Service Delivery Strategy, and overall HR Operating Model.
  • Led budget, timeline, and resources, ensuring program achievements were met on time and within budget.
  • Engage with key collaborators, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all levels of the organization, partnering with People Leaders to identify resistance and develop strategies and plans to increase implementation success.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring program deliverables are not impacted.
  • Lead and mentor the program project team, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence. What You'll Need
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Human Resources OR proven experience (10 years+)
    • A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Program Manager or Operations Leader-Manager or similar role, transforming the delivery of HR functions.
    • Proven experience in change implementation and managing large-scale HR transformation programs with operational solid deliverables.
    • Experience working in a global, heavily matrixed and complex organization organization
    • Excellent leadership, strategy, and project management skills,
