The GC II will perform various clerical activities (Mail Processing, Scanning, Copying) while maintaining the highest levels of customer care and demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude.Key Job Functions

• Sort and process all incoming mail according to procedures
• Follow X-Ray and screening procedures
• Scan incoming mail
• Make mail runs as required by the customer
• Assist with solving mail-related problems
• Perform other administrative duties to support the mail center operations and customer site as neededQualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 - 3 years of related experience required
  • Must be reliable and professional
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and strong time management skills
  • Strong customer service and attention to detail skills
