Role Description We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Transactions & Regulatory Attorney to join our dynamic and growing team. This role will focus on corporate governance, healthcare transactions, and regulatory compliance matters for a diverse range of healthcare clients. The ideal candidate will have some portable business and a strong desire to further develop their healthcare law practice within a collaborative, entrepreneurial firm. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic legal advice to healthcare providers, health systems, and related entities. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, transaction documents, and compliance policies. Advise clients on complex healthcare regulations and ensure ongoing compliance. Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on healthcare and corporate law matters. Collaborate with other attorneys to structure and close healthcare transactions. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in Texas. Minimum of 4-7 years of relevant healthcare law experience. Strong background in corporate governance, healthcare transactions, and regulatory compliance. Portable business preferred. Excellent drafting, communication, and client-relationship skills.
